This is a good photo but improper post processing has ruined it. Please reduce the contrast and saturation. You can see that the grass has become too green. Please share your original without post processing, and we will suggest the post processing.

I don't find any difference between your two images. I reduced the contrast, reduced the saturation, worked on the white balance, levels etc. This image will work better in black and white.
