The fur ball
Since last three months I have been observing the behaviours of Barred Buttonquail in my village. On such a day while I was keenly watching and photographing them suddenly I explored a roosting place of Bengal Bushlark adjacent to my natural hide. In this picture you can see the preening behaviour of this cute fur ball. I also observed another fascinating behaviour and soon I will share it with you.

Nice low angle photograph. The fluffed feathers give it a new look :). Slight noise visible on the top. Thanks for sharing.

Cute fellow. There seems to be some sharpening artifacts. Was it a bit far? What is the dark background? some fallen leaves? Thanks for sharing.
