Black-faced Laughingthrush is only found in the Eastern Himalayas. But the detail information of this bird is very scanty. It is very shy bird, but I am quite lucky enough to get a shot.

Very nice. Surprised that you found it to be shy though, I guess they behave differently in different regions and habitats. I saw plenty of these in the upper areas of North Sikkim, and they were by far the easiest birds to photograph there. These comparative observations are always interesting to note.

It was clicked in extremely low light condition. In that time I selected the auto mode of ISO..... I did not want any grain in the image due to high ISO...Quote:
