Excellent shot. I am memserized by the eyes of the kite. would have loved to know the details of the shot. Was it an evaluative metering you were using?

A lovely first post. Please post the camera, lens, shutter speed, aperture, ISO etc so that it becomes easier to comment. You can still edit the post and include the details.
You have got some nice action. The raised foot is lovely. So is the eyes. You got it pretty sharp.
I would have loved some more space at the left as the tail feathers are nearly touching the frame. You have got some highlights clipped near the neck portion. You may try to recover that during processing. Look forward to more.
