Nice image of the rose, background is nicely diffused however there is out of focus rose that you could have avoided. Please mention the Camera & EXIF details so that the members can comment better. I am sure you will have a great learning here.

Nice first post. I liked the composition. Nice colours. It would have been good if you could have moved a bit to your left to include the leaves on the left and avoid the hint of leaves on the right. Look forward to see more of your images.

The background is decently out of focus which is good. As suggested, the rose in the background is a bit distracting. You could have also avoided the hint of a leaf on the right side. Including the leaf which has been cut off from the left would have been better.

I am really glad to see your suggestions and i will look forward to it and try to take care of these suggestion for further shots.
