Indian Terrapin
We found this Indian terrapin away from a water hole and possibly migrating to a different one. This was on the road and it froze when it saw our vehicle. We waited for it to cross the road and then moved on. Animals always have right of way.

Yeah..and we should do something like that more often.unwind that damn clock and wait ....wait for it to tick more in sync with all of the creation around us. Waiting for a terrapin to cross the road is a good way to do that.

Nice image. The composition is good and one feels as if the terapin has left a trail behind. It is important to wait. The reason for us to go to the forest is to relax. Unfortunately we carry our tensions to the forest and transmit it to its beautiful creatures small as well as big. Thanks for sharing.
