Ranthambore Diary May-15
Master of camouflage.
These images are of female leopard from zone -4 , ours was the only jeep present there during the entire 1/2hr sighting.
She was very comfortable with our presence; saw her chasing peacock which apparently un-successful but then she gave us an adequate time to capture thru my lens.
Canon EOS 7D , Canon 300mm f/4 , 1/640 , ISO-1000 , f/4 , Handheld.

Super sighting. Lovely pose. A vertical composition may have been a better bet here because of the climbing pose. However, when you use vertical composition, the subject becomes smaller in the frame. Thanks for sharing.

Lucky to sight a leopard in action for over half an hour. Liked the pose and the head turn. Agree a vertical composition would have looked good. Thanks for sharing.

Looks good. Agree about the vertical composition though. On a side note, I saw a Leopard only once in Ranthambore in my 6 trips over 6 years, so you sure got lucky here.

Lovely stare and head turn. The image is clear and crisp. The habitat is also nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.
