Tirchi nazar waala
ID: Mantis nymph
A frame of a curious and tiny mantis, that actually went hiding after seeing us move past the plant on which it had taken refuge in. Though, unlike most of the tiny mantis, this beauty seemed a bit too curious and kept looking at the camera and turn away for a moment, again turning back towards it, later though it decided to stay away from the limelight and kept itself beneath the leaf.

Nice experiment with the space. The black area is negative space in this image, but this looks like a great image to add text to. :) I think increasing the saturation might bring out truer colours in this case.

Nice pose. Liked the way it has only turned one eye towards you :). Agree with Abhishek about the black space. Has it folded its wings(?) at the front? Thanks for sharing.

I agree with Abhishek's comment. Slightly lower output of the external flash may have been better. The mantis looks like dancing. :)
Thanks for sharing.
