Thanx all for suggestions...
heres 'm uploading the same photo again, but i have worked on it using Nikon capture NX2
tried to do wht was suggested....
next time i will try to use advice while...

BTW it was my first outing with my new 70-300 sigma lens, and amongs the first hand on it... yet...

Yes the light was harsh as the photo is taken around 2.30 in afternoon. Couldn't heped it, as it was during one of my site visit for a bungalow project...
