Probably the most tolerant leopard I've seen in my lift. She was surrounded by 5 safari vehicles and another 5 commuter vehicles on the Karnataka-Kerela state highway. Amidst slowly building traffic...

It so happened in this trip to Kabini that we had to leave the spot because it was getting late or on hopes of seeing others... The animals we in no hurry to leave and totally ignored our presence......

Hungry looking Wild Dogs pack... Wait a minute...they always wear this look.

I will share the exif shortly.

One word to describe that look. 'Vicious'.

But I hear they are one of those misunderstood creatures. Apparently they are the only mammals faithful to its mate.

I think what was intended has been well achieved. End of monsoon and the forest in its greenest and thickest. I'm immediately reminded of the wonderful smell the forest holds during this season...

Not wanting to give up his confidence and look clumsy, he seems to be convincing himself that he is well poised :).

Just back from a very eventful trip to Kabini. This was more of a relaxing trip....

This guy was not part of the herd and quite close to the water. This gave us a good opportunity for close up shots.

I agree with the tilt. Clearly exposed by the horizontal separating the land and water :blushing::blushing:. ISO 400
