As we were waiting for the Tiger to emerge from the thick grass a few Golden Jackals appeared on the scene.They were always on the move and I couldn't get them all in one frame!

Fantasti image of a Tiger!Ranthanbore is a hot place for seeing Tigers.Having said that you needs to be lucky to get the Tigers in reasonable conditions for photography.

It was little weird to see this lone Sambar Deer walking in the Ram Ganga River.There are crocodiles around and a Tiger can be lurking anywhere!But thats true at any part of the jungle!

The grasslands of Dhikala almost completely hid the Tiger which was walking towards us.This is one of the 3 cubs (about 2 years old) of a Tigress which lives here.

The Elephants were only partially visible in the tall grass of Dhikal Zone in Jim Corbett!....They were still hidden even after standing on the safari jeep!

We saw quite a no of CSEs during our trip to Jim Corbett.These birds dont easily gly away and gives ample opportunity to take pics.

We saw plenty of Barking Deers that too at close quarters at Jjm Corbett!....The safari guide informed us that the alarm call of Barking Deers cannot guarantee presence of Predators.THey alarm call...

Fanastic pic of 2 Leopards in their favourite resting place.I wonder whether they are a mating pair or mother and cub?!
!It is always exciting to see Leopards in the wild.

Crocodiles can be found in the Ram Ganga River in Dhikala Zone of Jim Corbett!Gharials are also found here but we could not see one!
