    Default Mangalajodi birds 3

Canon EOS 1D Mark IV, EF 400mm f2.8 L IS USM, EF 2xII TC, ISO 3200, 1/1000, f6.3, chilika lake.

The reflection was hazy as the bird was close and my boatman was a bit clumsy. So I didn't leave much space at the bottom. Look forward to your comments.

    Cheers,
    Sabyasachi

Lovely image Sabyasachi. As you said the reflection is hazy, else would have enhanced the image even further. Your image reminded me of a beer named Sandpiper which for some reason is not available nowadays . Thanks for sharing.

Nice image sir. the low angle and the DOF make this image. a solitary wader in fresh / brackish waters during winter and the chances are it will be a wood sandpiper, as is this one.
