Default Close-up of tusker at Kabini during Indiawilds meet

This is when we were very close to the tusker. Very low light though on this occasion.

A melancholic look on the eyes well captured. Good details, considering a very low shutter speed. At such low shutter speeds, even the flapping of the ear or the blink of the eye would have given it a shake / smudge effect. The timing has been just right. Thanks for sharing.

Nice closeup. I liked the composition. Nicely captured at such low shutter speed. Wish the light was better to use a narrower aperture. Thanks for sharing.

Tough to create a closeup of an elephant. In this case, I would have loved a bit more space to include the complete ear. It appears as if someone has splashed some yellow paint. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
