Its Giant Wood Spider . I have spotted this in Karnala Bird Sanctuary & understand that is found commonly in Western Ghats of Maharashtra.
Where have you captured it.

This species often intrigues lot of people when they see it for the first time. One of my friends told me he had visions of some horror movies.
Though one feels that it is easy to shoot these fellows, it needs precise depth of field with focal plane parallel to the subject, and control on highlights as the yellow portion gets overexposed.
