Good exposure. The catch light adds to the image. Overall, this is a good picture. May be, I would prefer to have lesser space to the right.

Nice eye contact. Catch light looks good. The horizontal and the lower angled branch converge at the right. So cropping that may not be a great idea. You have left space at the top so some text is placed there. Thanks for sharing.
