    Lovely pose. The eye looks nice. Good composition. There seems some noise in the background. Is this a crop? Thanks for sharing.

    Beautiful raptor. Nice eye contact. Lowering the contrast and slightly lowering the saturation will strengthen the image. Thanks for sharing.

    In the last few days I have been searching quite desperately for some tutorials on monitor calibration (esp for the laptops). What looks good on my system is merely relative to what my screen will offer which is not necessarily the correct one. Would appreciate some insight on monitor calibration here.

    Get a Spyder3. It comes with software and hardware and will help in calibrating your laptop, desktop and other monitors.
