Little bit more brightness and some more space at the bottom would have strengthened the composition. The background has come out nicely diffused. Your shutter speed was pretty low and you were shooting against the light. You could have increased the ISO to 200. Placing some white reflector to throw some light on the flower would have also helped. Thanks for sharing.
