    Default Anhinga with catch

Made this image in Bharatpur Bird sanctuary last week with the Canon EOS 1Dx and 500mm f4 L IS at f8 1/1600s and ISO 800.
As the subject was quite far away and did not have time to add the 1.4x teleconverter, had to crop the image by almost 50%.
    Comments welcome.

Wow a big catch. Liked the way it has flipped the fish in the air. Nice display of habitat. Wish the light was from the side, that would have got the neck and the eyes in good light. Thanks for sharing.

On first glance I had difficulty in knowing what is happening. The fish held on top of the beak was looking like a crown. If you would have had the 1.4x then it would have been great. In Bharatpur some of the sightings can be really far off as one can't move in due to the water. Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers,
