On a fine, misty winter morning when we saw a handsome male Leopard get down a tree and cross the road near the edge of the backwater, we drove to the road on the other side of the forest patch hoping to see him again. As we expected, fierce calls of alarm started soon, but to our surprise, a lovely Leopardess came walking out of the dry thicket and dashed across.
