It is better to upload photos without border here. The border looks better in print. However it is better to upload photos without border as it becomes a distraction during critiquing. The purpose of this forum is to critique and help each other learn. You may consider uploading photos without borders.
I like the composition. The texture in the tree is nice. The image is sharp. However, it looks a bit dark in my monitor. Is it a big crop? Which lens did you use?

It's not a big crop. It's almost as it was shot. I use a Tamron 70-300 lens. It was quite dark when i clicked this.
Took a few more at higher ISO and F5.6 ( which is the lowest for my lens) .. but they had more noise. This one was the best.
Sorry about the border. That's my standard format for editing images. Will keep it in mind next time I post.
