The composition looks fine. The green path leads the eye into the frame. Wish there was something interesting at the other end, like sun or clouds. Try to make images with more wilderness and less of people and houses. Thanks for sharing.

Our waterbodies are a neglected although they harbour many species. You should explore angles where the human part is minimised and the natural world becomes prominent. For that you need to explore the area more. It is important to document from different angles as that would give prominence to certain aspects.
