    Default 100 shades of grey!

sitting by the countrys largest fall, becoming oblivious of the world subdued by the roars of the fall,it is just as if one can hear the chants of ramayana.looking at the vast stretch of greenery around even the most urban souls forget about the hectic journey to the one of the countrys biggest, greenest, and most unexplored but yet torn apart by the red-violence,the district of bastar, the home of dandkaranya, the womb where epics are born....it distracts u from the presence of security forces, the patrolling, the lack of basic tourism facilities, and those gruesome news reports and its signature left beside here and there...
the falls, aptly called niagra of india, nourished by the september rains, and as swift as a beautiful lass in her prime, clad in the dress of soaked green, bathed in the fading light reflected from the grey sky covering her forehead did wonders to mesmerize any body!

Lovely waterfall. Where is this place? Is there any name of this waterfall? You have mentioned it as the biggest waterfall in India. Any idea about the height?

A bit more brightness would be better. The borders take away our attention from the image. Thanks for sharing.

thanks for ur feedback sabyasachi sir...it is the largest in terms of width and not height.it is 95ft high and 150m wide.and thus called the niagra of india.
delibaretely kept a liitle underexposed to capture the grey of the sky and avoid the burn out of water.
