I think the tree is not Gulmohar but Copperpod or Yellow Flame Tree, experts please confirm. Nice to see the parakeet eating its flowers. Seems there was some movement. Please post the EXIF details. Thanks for sharing.

Nikon D800 with Nikon 80-400. The VR didn't act.
Shutter speed was fast enough. I got rid of this lens and have the new 80-400 G. It's far sharper and faster autofocus.
