It was too difficult to focus it as its color was matching with ballasts lit with tungsten light.

Common toad. Same one that you once posted. Toads are identified by their dry, rough skin, while frogs have wet, smooth skin. Also toads have a PAROTID GLAND (poison gland) behind each eye, you can see it in this image (the cashew nut shaped bulge behind the eye)
About the photo: S 1/8 ?! That too at ISO 400? What time was it?
Which camera was used? the reason im asking is that PnS cameras have macro options with the lenses. Seems that this was taken at lesser than the minm focussing distance of a DSLR Lens. The image seems soft. Did you use a flash to try to boost the shutterspeed?
Sagar,
Is it a crop, the image looks soft? You can try reducing the contrast a bit.
Abhishek thanks for the information.
Look forward to more..

I agree that the image seems to be out of focus. Do you have any others of the same fellow, Sagar?
Apana
Thanx Abhishesk for those details.
Hi Bibhav.. Its taken with PnS with no use of MACRO.
Hi Mrudul, Apna .. Yes it came up soft and little bit out of focus . Let me see if I have any other clear shot of this.
Thanks & Regards
