    This is from Bandhavgarh National Park, India.

    Canon EOS 1D Mark II, Canon EF 400mm f2.8 L IS USM, EF 2xII ie. at 800mm, ISO 200, f8, 1250, full frame.

    Thanks. I had the tripod with me but used the bean bag for this photo.

    Lovely shot, love the angle.
    would have loved if the tiger at the bottom was also posing/looking like tiger at the top

    Kiran,
    I would also have loved the tiger in the front looking up and in the same direction as the other. However, that fellow was too engrossed in looking at the water. Whether she was looking at her reflection or for some frogs, I am not so sure. Your guess is as good as mine.

    Fantastic image. I think I like it the way it is, one tiger looking down, doing its own thing. Both looking in the same direction would have been quite 'normal'.

    Would personally like a 1/3rd stop underexposure.
