Record: Spot Bellied Eagle Owl
This image is from Bandipur. Got this rare owl perched on a dead tree as we were about to exit the safari. The light was pretty low and it was an overcast day. I waited for it to turn its head towards us but it flew before it did unfortunately.

Tough scene. Wish we had some eye contact with the owl. Slightly more brightness would have been better. However you were already at ISO 1600. Thanks for sharing.

Wish he/she would have perched with forehead towards the camera eye. Good work in given condition.
