Default Desert hyacinth or Cistanche tubulosa

Spotted this on the Gorai side of the island(shore), this was the only one that bloomed while others, like on the left lower side of the frame, had dried off completely. It seemed interesting and hence had captured the photograph, though couldnt get it from side or its own level as it was located on a slope and I couldnt manage to get down low, there wasnt any solid ground to stand on apart from the side of the road.

Later on a good friend of mine mentioned it to be Cistanche tubulosa which on google-ing I found out to be a also known as Desert Hyacinth. Its supposed to be very common along the Gorai area though it blooms in January (valueable knowledge shared by my good friend Mr. Rajesh Sachdev)
