    Default Cluster of flowers

One of the most common flower that grew all over the backyards at Kaikamba, Upalla, especially with the week long pre-monsoon showers. ID help appreciated

Nice. There appears to be a slight bluish tint (?) which can be corrected. Maybe Hari Venkatesh can help with the ID (send him a PM).

    Dear Prajwal,
Nice photograph. The inflorescence is of Chassalia curviflora (Wall.) Thwaites of Rubiaceae
Often it is mistaken for Sarpagandha (Rauvolfia serpentina) because of the morphological resemblance to the latter. In folk medicine it is used to treat venomous bites & wounds.
