    Default Blue-eyed Bush Frog

Blue-eyed or Yellow Bush Frog (Raorchestes luteolus)
Recorded in Agumbe Reserve Forest, Karnataka.

This long, rapid train of sharp metallic clicks is typical of this species. The call is so loud that it gave me a serious ear-ache as I waited close to it to get this recording.

Also made images, but will post them later as I currently don't have resources to process them.

Great. I am happy to hear this. Did you record through your mobile? How far were you? Thanks for sharing.

Yes, this was recorded on my mobile using a free app called ASR sound recorder. I was holding the phone 3-4 ft from the frog. Due to the sheer abundance of frogs here, it is hard to isolate the call of a single one.

Interesting to hear a metallic click sound made by a frog . There are others sound, but still it is quite distinct. Thanks for sharing.
