Default Tigress with cub in her mouth

Maya with cub in her mouth............
This was my best sighting of tiger's natural behavior in my 24 years tiger study in Tadoba TR, Maharshtra.

The tiger whose canines can inflict such punctures on the nape that can kill an adult gaur, can also use its teeth to gently hold the tiny cub with equal confidence. Nice. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Till date the most enduring image of a tigress carrying her cub has been the image clicked by Nic Nichols of National Geographic who clicked the image of Sita carrying her cubs in Bandhavhgarh.

These kind of images which has the potential to make people fall in love with wildlife due to the tender emotions captured, ends up being a Kill Joy due to the overjealous copyright logo placed bang on the face of the tigress. So unfortunately, this will neither help in spreading the joy nor the message of conservation.

Rarest of sighting and you have to be more than 100% luck to get this kind of sighting, agree with sabyasachi the watermark is too distracting could have been made more transparent, otherwise gr8 shot. thanks for sharing
