Smile Celebrating Monsoon_ Snail in Yeoor

    Hi Friends,

It's monsoon season in Mumbai & Thane. Yeoor has gone lush green renewed by rains. Caught hold of this lovely creature on a fully drenched tree bark. Loved the texture of tree bark & spiral shell of snail.

    EXIF : 550D, 18-135mm lens, FL :135mm, ISO :1600, Av Mode, f/5.6, Tv : 1/250, 45% Crop (55% of Original)

Hope you like & enjoy it.

    Regards/Anil Kumar Verma

Even with the crop, the colours and the textures look nice. Nice composition. I think you should think of going for a macro lens . Thanks for sharing.

I like the texture of the rocks in the image. Nice image. Good to know that you are getting a nice gift to pursue your passion more intently. Since you have been visiting yeoor often and like macros, having a dedicated macro lens would be very good. Look forward to watching many lovely macro subjects through your lens in the coming days.
    Cheers,

nice pic. monsoon is a time of plenty for all animals and a good time to explore the flora and invertebrates in particular.
