ID?

During the recent walk at Sanjay Gandhi National park (S.G.N.P.) saw this awesome and mesmerizing growth near the roots of a small tree. It was almost like a huge colony of mushrooms just popping out of the roots area. Was under a shade while taking the snap and also a possibility that no strong light falls at this area due to the other trees and bushes around it
