Nice pose and eye contact from both. Liked the way the tail is hanging in the vegetation behind. As they are both looking towards the left, you could have kept a bit less space on the right. Presently the space on the right doesn't add much to the composition. Thanks for sharing.
The brown sharp eyes of the Langur on a flat black face captured nicely at the right moment of head turn.
It is South-Western Langur (Semnopithecus hypoleucos). Cool comfort of the baby is pleasing.
As regards subspecies, it appears to me as S.h. iulus - crestless, dark paws only up to the wrist, darker orange on venter. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

It is good that both the mother and child are looking in the same direction. I agree that slightly less space on our right would have strengthened the composition. Thanks for sharing.
