    Default Indian Garden Lizard

I came across this beautiful lizard lazing around in a bush one fine evening. I had just returned from a birding trip and was ready with my camera. I wasted no time and captured the image of this colorful reptile with my DSLR.

Nice close up. Good eye contact. The AF point is on the body and as the eye is further away, the depth of field is not covering the eye. A narrower aperture would have helped. Were you using the centre AF point? Having the AF point on the eye would have got the eye sharp. Thanks for sharing.

I agree about the need for greater depth of field. You were shooting at f5.6. So using a narrow aperture would be nice. Thanks for sharing.

Nice. Agree with the above comments. I like the positioning of the lizard's forelimbs. Placing the watermark in a corner would make it less distracting.
