    Default Ranthambore Diary June-13

    Tiger cub with an attitude.

This was taken in June-13 when Noor was taking care of her new born. These cubs are now six time bigger than in this image
I wish I could be in a better position to avoid a thin branch between camera and the cubs.
    Canon EOS 7D , Canon 300mm f/4.0 , 1/1600 , 0 step , f/4.0 ISO-1600.
Cubs were initially inside the cave hence I kept the ISO a bit higher and forgot to reduce it when they came out. BUT I guess 7D has managed the
    grains here even at ISO-1600.

Cute & Adorable... Lovely sighting, would have been nice if it was without foreground leaf, but in Wildlife Photography you take what you get...

I liked the inquisitive look on both the cubs. Lovely eye contact. I am fine with the out of focus branch as it is not distracting. What were they looking at? The vertical composition looks nice. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.

How much care and protection they need at this age for survival. What could be the ideal home to hide them from evil eyes. Waiting for the mother ................Nicely depicted in this image. A tale told by a nature lover. Thanks for sharing.SaktiWild

Cute. Wish the vegetation was not obstructing the view. However, at times one can't get the ideal framing. They look smaller than the rocks.

Couldnt agree with Roopak more, the eyes tell all. So much pathos in those eyes, just wants to live and let live. Thanks for sharing.
