    Was this photographed in the late evening? I feel a lower ISO and shutter speed would have sufficed here. Thanks for sharing.

    it was shot in a very late evening, i usually avoid lower shutter speed unless i am using a tripod, i know its underexposed but quite like the effect of it coming out from the dark
