    Liked the head turn and eye contact. The crest looks nice. Slight off-centered composition would be good. Thanks for sharing.

    The crest looks nice. Good eye contact. The bird layer is oversharpened and the sharpening artifacts gives an impression of sharpness. Unless one is really close to the bird with support for the lens and or good handholding technique, I find the details in the feathers don't get captured. An offcentred composition may be attempted. Else, less space at the top and more at the bottom would be better. Thanks for sharing.

    Sabyasachi da , I was hardly 10mtr away from the bird and I was using bean bag for this shot. After your comments on sharpening artifacts; I checked the level of sharpening done while PP , but it is not too much.
