It is ready to fly off. The blacks in the underparts have lost details. Reducing the contrast/lifting the shadows would be good. This image reminds me of my efforts long time back in my house when I had crept up to click a full frame image of kingfisher at 300mm. Today when I check the same place in bhubaneshwar, I find garbage dumped and the wetland behind my house nearly devoid of birds as the water quality is highly unsuitable. The houses that have come up all around have simply destroyed the habitat.
