    Default Close Encounter with Dhikala Tiger Family (3)

    Got busy with an urgent issue and had to travel on business front, hence the delay in posting.
    Nikon D 7000, lens 300mm F 2.8, exposure 1/640s. ISO 200, F stop 3.2
    These two are the cubs, one male and other female, chasing chital.

    From the relative space in between and visually apparent momentum/speed of the two predators and the the prey it would appear that the frantic prey should have made an escape, clean or otherwise.Great drama captured.Thanks for sharing.

    Rare action witnessed. Nice to see both the cubs chasing the chital. Agree with Shyamala, I too feel the chital might have been lucky to make an escape. Look forward to more in the series. Thanks for sharing.

    Unlike the previous image, here the two adolescents are in the shade. The black stripes and parts of the legs have completely lost details, along with the right side of the image. So increasing the brightness would be better here. Thanks for sharing.
