Nice image. The light seems to be a bit harsh. Waiting for it to turn its head slightly would have helped to enhance the eye contact. Instead of cropping keeping some more space would have been good. Thanks for sharing.

Due to the angle of light as well as the head, the eye is in shade. While exposing, if you have time do check after clicking if the highlights are blinking indicating overexposure. Thanks for sharing.
