Beautiful details, classic pale morph with combination of large primary patch on upperwing, greyish white tail well visible

Nice record. You are the best judge of the size and build of this bird, but it somehow seems smaller than an upland buzzard. Also the tarsi doesn't appear to be feathered (not clear) which is normally the case with upland.
