    Nice sighting. Liked the crest and the catch light on the eye. Less space on the left (framing with the tree) and more to the right for an off-centered composition would be nice. Thanks for sharing.

    The eye contact is nice. You are already using a long focal length. Since cropping reduces quality, it is better to try and move close to the bird and then click. That ofcourse takes more time, energy, patience and skill and is the charm of photography. The copyright mark at the bright area takes away the attention from the bird. Thanks for sharing.
