Nice action captured. Good you got it coming towards you. Liked the eye contact and the splash. Wish the black thing in the foreground was not present. It would have been difficult to avoid that. How big crop is this? Where was this photographed? Thanks for sharing.

Looks like the brahminy kite is clutching a small fish in its talons. Good that it was coming towards you. If you had got it in full frame, perhaps with a longer lens, then the details would have come out better.
