    A colourful bird. Nice pose and eye contact. Placing it a bit more to the right for an offcentered compositon would have enhanced the image further. The bristles (whiskers) can be seen clearly here. It gets its name (Barbet) from these bristles. Thanks for sharing.

    I agree with the previous comments. It is good that you got eye contact. A bit more sharpness would have been great. It is not always easy to get full frame images. Though the high resolution digital cameras allow us to crop, however, the more we crop the more our imperfections get magnified. So the shutter speed and technique that would have been fine for a full frame image, becomes a bit less when the image is cropped large. Thanks for sharing.
