This is a very poor quality recording, but the only one of this species that I have recorded till date.
The metallic trill audible here is characteristic of this species. The trill is usually about this long in duration and is repeated with intervals of a few seconds. As the activity (a 'bout' of calling) increases, the length of the trill also increases, I have heard trills up to about 5 sec long. The calling begins with a peculiar squeak/whistle which I haven't managed to record yet.
