    Default Colourful Beauty----Coppersmith Barbet

Coppersmith Barbets are mainly fruit eating birds but take sometimes insects, especially winged termites.

Nice eye contact. I think reducing the colour temperature a bit would be good, as presently the whites are looking yellow. Which lens are you using? Thanks for sharing.

Agree with Mrudul's comments. It is looking really yellow. In nature photography it is very important to get the colours right. Too often shots are ruined either because of higher contrast or higher saturation or improper white balance ie. improper colour temperature. I have often seen that photographers in India try to create the look of early morning or late evening sunlight and make the images yellow.

The other aspect that one needs to realise is that colours also have the ability to take away our attention from the subject. So one needs to handle the post processing with a bit of care. Thanks for sharing.
    Cheers,
