    The last frame that I dared to shoot before I had to retreat frantically while I was heading towards Kuri Beel watch Tower in Manas in a misty morning in early May, 2015
    Canon 7D + Canon 500mm F4 + Monopod
    ISO 800, 1/500, f 7.1, EC - 0.3, full frame..

    The 'Chaffee' tank of 1965 war moving fast to engage. Nice pose and details. I think, the habitat of Manas faced less destruction compared to killings of its Fauna and the forest always comes back to its old glory much faster. Both may be true for Manas.     Liked the comparison Saktida has done with the 'tank', it does seems like it is charging towards you . The wet look is nice. Nicely captured. Thanks for sharing.

    He didn't charge us. We were heading towards Kuri Beel. Suddenly that huge male came out from thick tall grassland and approached straight to our gypsy.
