    Lovely image. It is nice to learn that these birds are coexisting with human and have adapted nicely.

    Date of first sighting of species like this in a season is important as it can act as an indicator. Hope the trees in the canal remain intact so that these birds can be sighted year after year. Thanks for sharing.
