Default Blue Tailed Bee Eater with a catch..

These birds rank among the most delightful birds on Earth. They possess startling grace and beauty. Watching these colourful birds catching insect in mid air is a delightful experience! I will try and post feeding behaviour of birds that I encounter routinely a bit more frequently.

Good you could capture it with a big catch. Liked the eye contact and the perch. There seem to be some loss of details. Look forward to see more in the series. Thanks for sharing.

There are sharpening artifacts in the image. Is this a large crop? Setting up even a makeshift hide can give you full frame images with your lens. Slightly lower brightness to the tune of 2/3rd stop while shooting would have rendered the mud bank nicely. Thanks for sharing.
