    Default The pearls of nature

Spotted a particular tree, along the Nagla Trail, which was filled with such Lac type droplets(solid) all around, tip of the off shoot, branches etc. Attempted to capture the richness of these droplets I tried out this frame.

Good details. I think there is reflection of the flash that can be seen on it. I think slight high shutter speed would have been good. Any idea what these droplets are for? Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful picture. If not wrong, based on your explanations, it is Gardenia gummifera L.f. known as Nadi hingu in Ayurveda. These droplets are gum-resins with distinct strong odour. These droplets if consumed takes care of flatulence & intestinal worms. TFS
